Best Western Plus Rama Inn & Suites Oakdale, Oakdale

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were nice and clean, just perfect for our family of 5. The smell of weed was a dubious advantage if you're there to work, but we found everything up to date, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to help us with shipping a package back to the UK. The location was great, close to Yosemite and with convenient access to restaurants, a grocery store, and even Starbucks and McDonald's nearby. The dining options were somewhat limited, but the grab-and-go breakfast had some yummy selections like make-your-own waffles and muffins. Overall, I had a fantastic time during my sister's 50th birthday party!

The hotel's rooms turned out to be smaller than expected from the pictures and not worth the price paid. The musty, moldy odor was a big downside, but the rooms were spacious and clean overall.

The hotel offers beautiful, clean rooms that are worth the price, although they were non-smoking and smelt like smoke in my experience. The service was extremely welcoming and accommodating, but I did witness an argument between staff and another customer. The location is great, especially as a stopover point en route to Yosemite or San Francisco. The dining experience was fantastic overall, with fresh ingredients, but there was an instance of poor quality.
